We want you to love your hair journey with XMONDO; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns on most products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, certain items like opened hair color may be subject to specific return conditions.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  After your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email to ensure your products return to our warehouse safely.

  Pack Your Products

  Securely package your items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring all caps are tightened to prevent leaking during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at the designated carrier location; once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
